Baylor erases 19-point deficit against No. 11 Kansas, cruises late in 81-70 win

Robert Wright III scored 20 of his 24 points in the second half, and Baylor rallied from a 19-point deficit before the break for an 81-70 victory over No. 11 Kansas on Saturday. The collapse by the Jayhawks (15-6, 6-4 Big 12), who led 40-21 at halftime, came a week after sixth-ranked Houston pulled off improbable rallies in the final seconds of regulation and the first overtime in a double-OT win at Allen Fieldhouse. Baylor took the lead for good on a tiebreaking 3-pointer from Jalen Celestine with four minutes to go, and after Kansas had rebuilt its lead to 10.

Max Shulga scores 20, VCU knocks off Richmond 90-49

Joe Bamisile scored 10 points while going 3 of 5 (2 for 4 from 3-point range). Zeb Jackson went 3 of 5 from the field (2 for 3 from 3-point range) to finish with 10 points. The Spiders (7-15, 2-7) were led in scoring by Dusan Neskovic, who finished with 12 points.

Jaden Schutt had 18 points and Tobi Lawal scored 17 to help Virginia Tech escape with a 75-74 victory over Virginia on Saturday. Virginia Tech hit 5 of 6 free throws and Lawal and Schutt followed with baskets to cap a 9-0 run that gave the Hokies a 69-56 lead with 6:32 remaining. Virginia chipped away until Andrew Rohde scored in the paint with 45 seconds left to cut the Cavaliers' deficit to 75-72.

Wolf records double-double to lead Michigan to 66-63 win over Rutgers

Danny Wolf scored 16 points and grabbed 14 rebounds and Vladislav Goldin scored 14 points and Michigan won its second straight beating Rutgers 66-63 on Saturday. Reserve Jamichael Davis scored 20 points for Rutgers, fellow back-up Tyson Acuff scored 14 and Ace Bailey was the only Scarlet Knight starter to reach double-digit scoring with 10 points. Goldin's layup with 4:42 before halftime gave Michigan a 22-21 lead and the Wolverines (16-5, 8-2 Big Ten) led the rest of the way.

Northern Colorado knocks off Northern Arizona 87-69

Langston Reynolds' 23 points helped Northern Colorado defeat Northern Arizona 87-69 on Saturday night. Reynolds also added nine rebounds for the Bears (16-6, 8-1 Big Sky Conference). Jaron Rillie added 20 points while going 4 of 7 from the floor, including 3 for 6 from 3-point range, and 9 for 9 from the line and also had seven rebounds and six assists.

Meadow’s 20 lead Boise State past Fresno State 82-60

Andrew Meadow's 20 points helped Boise State defeat Fresno State 82-60 on Saturday night. Meadow shot 7 of 13 from the field, including 3 for 8 from 3-point range, and went 3 for 3 from the line for the Broncos (15-7, 7-4 Mountain West Conference). Tyson Degenhart scored 13 points while going 5 of 9 and 3 of 4 from the free-throw line and added nine rebounds.
