Report Card: Analyzing No. 23 Arkansas’ win over Oakland

Arkansas came out somewhat sloppy, committed nine turnovers in the first half and only led by three points at the half. Freshman point guard Boogie Fland had just one point in the first half but scored 23 in the second. Forward Adou Thiero, on the other hand, was a constant source of offense in the first half.

Boulter’s win helps to see off Australia and fiance De Minaur in United Cup

  • British No 1 dominant in 6-2, 6-1 victory over Gadecki
  • Britain will face Poland in quarter-finals on Thursday

As the Great Britain and Australia teams lined up ahead of their highly anticipated United Cup tussle, Alex de Minaur and Katie Boulter savoured the last moment of peace in their household for the day, greeting each other on-court with a friendly kiss on the cheek. Then they retreated to their opposite corners of the arena and prepared to do battle.

By the end of the night, De Minaur had claimed victory in their skirmish but Boulter and her team were triumphant in the war. Although Australia defeated Great Britain 2-1 in Sydney, the home nation was knocked out of the competition as Great Britain advanced to the quarter-finals of the United Cup.

PDC World Darts Championship: Littler overpowers Aspinall to set up Bunting clash – as it happened

Luke Littler was too good for Nathan Aspinall while Michael van Gerwen beat Callan Rydz in an epic on quarter-final day

Dobey 0-1 Price (legs 2-3) Price steals the first set with a majestic 11-dart break! He made it back-to-back COMAAANNNNNNNNNS with a 180 on his first visit, nicking the darts in the process. An excellent 140 left him on 82 after nine – and he needed only two more on his next visit: bullseye, D16, COMANNNNNN.

In the context of Dobey’s quarter-final woes, that’s a brutal start from Price.
