In what could be viewed as their most important game of the season, West Virginia arguably turned in their most impressive half of the season against TCU. The Mountaineers put together a complete effort in the first 20 minutes, propelling them to a crucial 73-55 win over the Horned Frogs at the WVU Coliseum in Morgantown. West Virginia entered Tuesday night with four games left in the regular season and still on the right side of the NCAA Tournament bubble.

The Blue Devils blew out Miami 97-60 on Tuesday night at Watsco Center but lost Tyrese Proctor late in the first half with what was initially called a left knee injury. Proctor left Miami with the team and boarded the team’s bus on crutches. This time, it was Proctor’s left knee seemingly buckling as he back peddled on a fast break.

Kennard Davis had 24 points in Southern Illinois' 88-79 victory over Illinois State on Tuesday night. Davis also contributed five assists for the Salukis (13-17, 8-11 Missouri Valley Conference). Oklahoma State had no previous wins over AP Top 25 teams this season under first-year coach Steve Lutz. The Cowboys lost their previous two games against ranked opponents Texas Tech and Kansas by a combined 70 points.
