Ishmael Leggett scored 21 points to lead Pittsburgh to an 83-68 victory over Stanford on Saturday night. Leggett missed all four of his 3-pointers but was 9 for 9 from inside the arc for the Panthers (12-2, 3-0 Atlantic Coast Conference), who have won 15 in a row at home dating to last season. Pitt, off to its best start since the 2016-17 season with its fifth straight win, extended its school record with an eighth straight victory in ACC play.

Rowan Brumbaugh scored 23 points while shooting 8 for 10 (2 for 4 from 3-point range) and 5 of 6 from the free-throw line and added five rebounds and six assists. Kam Williams shot 3 of 6 from the field, including 2 for 4 from 3-point range, and went 3 for 3 from the line to finish with 11 points. Daquan Davis scored 18 points, Jamir Watkins added 16 and Florida State rolled past Syracuse in the second half, defeating the Orange 90-74 on Saturday. Florida State scored 54 points in the second half, shooting 57% and making 18 free throws. Taylor Bol Bowen had 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Seminoles (10-4, 1-2 ACC) and Malique Ewin also scored 14.
