Anquan Hill had 24 points and 10 rebounds in Sacred Heart's 74-72 win over Manhattan on Sunday. Mekhi Conner hit a 3-pointer to give Sacred Heart a 74-71 lead with 18 seconds remaining. Will Sydnor missed a 3 for Manhattan with nine seconds to go and the Pioneers held on from there.

Will Riley scored 20 of his 24 points in the second half and No. 18 Illinois rallied from an 11-point deficit to beat Ohio State 87-79 on Sunday. Morez Johnson Jr. had 14 points and 15 rebounds, Kylan Boswell had 14 points, Tomislav Ivisic had 12 points and 10 rebounds and Dra Gibbs-Lawhorn had 10 points for the Illini (15-7, 7-5 Big Ten), who went on a 15-point run over a five-minute stretch late in the second half. Devin Royal scored 29 points — 19 in the first half — for Ohio State (13-9, 5-6), which had a three-game winning streak snapped.

Javon Small scored 19 points to go with nine assists and West Virginia beat Cincinnati 63-50 on Sunday to snap a three-game losing streak. Small, who averages 19.1 points and leads the Big 12 Conference in scoring, shot 6 of 14 from the field and made four 3-pointers. Joseph Yesufu didn't miss, shooting 4 of 4 from long range and 6 of 6 overall from the field to finish with 16 points for West Virginia (14-7, 5-5).

West Virginia looked to break multiple trends on Sunday, including slow starts, poor shooting, and most importantly, three losses in their last three games. The Mountaineers broke the most important trend of them all, the final result, as they beat Cincinnati 63-50 to help break their three-game losing streak from Fifth Third Arena in Cincinnati. West Virginia (14-7, 5-5 Big 12) was able to have a much better start on Sunday than they had in their previous three games.
