Chad Moodie scored 19 points as Alabama A&M beat Arkansas-Pine Bluff 89-79 on Saturday night. Moodie also had nine rebounds and four steals for the Bulldogs (5-9, 1-0 Southwestern Athletic Conference). Bilal Abdur-Rahman scored 18 points while going 3 of 3 and 10 of 11 from the free-throw line and added three steals.

Ishmael Leggett scored 21 points to lead Pittsburgh to an 83-68 victory over Stanford on Saturday night. Leggett missed all four of his 3-pointers but was 9 for 9 from inside the arc for the Panthers (12-2, 3-0 Atlantic Coast Conference), who have won 15 in a row at home dating to last season. Pitt, off to its best start since the 2016-17 season with its fifth straight win, extended its school record with an eighth straight victory in ACC play.

Rowan Brumbaugh scored 23 points while shooting 8 for 10 (2 for 4 from 3-point range) and 5 of 6 from the free-throw line and added five rebounds and six assists. Kam Williams shot 3 of 6 from the field, including 2 for 4 from 3-point range, and went 3 for 3 from the line to finish with 11 points. Raekwon Horton led the way for the Roadrunners (6-7, 0-1) with 17 points, nine rebounds and three steals.

Daquan Davis scored 18 points, Jamir Watkins added 16 and Florida State rolled past Syracuse in the second half, defeating the Orange 90-74 on Saturday. Florida State scored 54 points in the second half, shooting 57% and making 18 free throws. Taylor Bol Bowen had 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Seminoles (10-4, 1-2 ACC) and Malique Ewin also scored 14.

Mark Sears scored 22 points and had 10 assists and No. 5 Alabama dominated in every way for a 107-79 victory over No. 12 and previously unbeaten Oklahoma on Saturday night in the Southeastern Conference opener for both teams. Grant Nelson had 12 points and 11 rebounds, Labaron Philon added 16 and Clifford Omoruyi scored 10 for Alabama (12-2, 1-0). Jalon Moore had 20 points to lead the Sooners (13-1, 0-1).

Dedan Thomas Jr. had 17 points in UNLV's 79-73 win against San Jose State on Saturday night. Thomas had six assists for the Rebels (9-5, 3-0 Mountain West Conference). Jailen Bedford scored 16 points while shooting 5 for 11 (3 for 5 from 3-point range) and 3 of 5 from the free-throw line.

Will Soucie's 18 points helped North Alabama defeat Eastern Kentucky 88-67 on Saturday night. Soucie had five rebounds for the Lions (10-5, 2-0 Atlantic Sun Conference). Canin Jefferson scored 18 points while going 6 of 13 from the floor, including 1 for 5 from 3-point range, and 5 for 7 from the free-throw line.

Adrian Wooley scored 20 points while going 8 of 14 (2 for 6 from 3-point range) and added eight rebounds. Braedan Lue went 5 of 10 from the field (2 for 4 from 3-point range) to finish with 12 points. Jaron Pierre Jr. led the Gamecocks (8-6, 0-1) in scoring, finishing with 20 points and four assists.

Kyah Watson added 10 points, nine rebounds and four steals for West Virginia (21-2, 2-1 Big 12), which has won four of its last five games. Kemery Congdon shot 4 of 4 from 3-point range and finished with 16 points to lead BYU (9-5, 0-3). Emma Calvert scored 13 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for the Cougars.

Kobe Newton had 16 points to lead Wyoming to a 70-65 victory over Air Force on Saturday. Newton shot 4 for 7 (4 for 5 from 3-point range) and 4 of 4 from the free-throw line for the Cowboys (9-6, 2-2 Mountain West Conference). Dontaie Allen shot 5 for 5, including 4 for 4 from beyond the arc to add 14 points.

BJ Freeman scored 19 points and Jayden Quaintance recorded a double-double and Arizona State seized control early and cruised to an 81-61 win over Colorado on Saturday. Quaintance scored 11 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, Basheer Jihad scored 17 points and reserve Amier Ali scored 10 points shooting 7 for 7 from the foul line. Arizona State (10-3, 1-1) won its first-ever Big 12 Conference game shooting 51.9% (28 of 54) including 46.4% (13 for 28) from 3-point range.
