UCLA coach Mick Cronin ripped into his players following the 22nd-ranked Bruins’ third loss in four games, saying they don’t give enough effort and lack toughness.

U-M head coach Dusty May said it was simply a good road trip for the Wolverines, while his point guard said it should serve as a message to the B1G.

The injury bug continued to plague West Virginia on Tuesday night in their loss to Arizona. The Mountaineers were once against without Tucker DeVries and Jayden Stone, but backup point guard KJ Tenner was also out after he took a hard fall against Oklahoma State on Saturday. DeVries would not give an update on Tenner's injury status postgame, but did comment on Stone who was not seen on WVU's bench during the game, saying he's dealing with a family issue.
