Stojakovic leads Cal with career-high 31 points in 84-66 win over Northwestern St.

Andrej Stojakovic scored a career-high 31 points, reserve Jermiah Wilkinson scored 18 and Cal beat Northwestern State 84-66 on Saturday to end its three-game losing streak. Stojakovic — whose prior career high was 26 points on Dec. 3 against Missouri — finished 10-for-14 shooting, including 4 for 6 from 3-point range and 7 for 8 from the foul line. Joshua Ola-Joseph added 13 points and Jovan Blacksher Jr. 12 for the Golden Bears who shook off the after effects of their 88-80 loss on Tuesday night against Cornell.

Pepperdine wins 86-76 over Northern Arizona

Boubacar Coulibaly had 22 points in Pepperdine's 86-76 victory over Northern Arizona on Saturday night. Coulibaly shot 10 of 10 from the field for the Waves (5-6). Dockery’s 27 lead Howard past UNC Wilmington 88-83

Marcus Dockery scored 27 points as Howard beat UNC Wilmington 88-83 on Saturday. Dockery added seven assists for the Bison (5-6). Blake Harper scored 18 points while shooting 5 for 11 (3 for 4 from 3-point range) and 5 of 8 from the free-throw line and added seven rebounds.

Dylan Harper hit a deep 3-pointer as time expired to give Rutgers a 66-63 win over Seton Hall on Saturday. Harper had given the Scarlet Knights a four-point lead on a short jumper in the final minute but he and teammate Ace Bailey missed two free throws each allowing Isaiah Coleman to tie the game with a bucket and then two free throws with 6.4 seconds left. Bailey added 21 for Rutgers (7-4), which shot 53%.
