Xavier Dusell's 25 points helped Nevada defeat Texas Southern 105-73 on Saturday night. Dusell shot 8 for 12, including 7 for 11 from beyond the arc for the Wolf Pack (8-3). Nick Davidson scored 21 points while shooting 7 for 10 (3 for 6 from 3-point range) and 4 of 4 from the free-throw line and added five rebounds and seven assists.

Sadaidriene Hall scored 33 points and Josh Uduje added eight in the overtime as San Jose State knocked off Cal Poly 107-100 on Saturday night. Hall added 11 rebounds and three steals for the Spartans (6-6). Uduje scored 23 points while shooting 10 for 18 (1 for 4 from 3-point range) and 2 of 4 from the free-throw line and added 10 rebounds.

Tyson Degenhart scored 19 points and Andrew Meadow added three points in the overtime as Boise State defeated Saint Mary's (CA) 67-65 on Saturday. Degenhart shot 5 of 13 from the field, including 1 for 6 from 3-point range, and went 8 for 10 from the free-throw line for the Broncos (7-3). Alvaro Cardenas Torre shot 5 of 8 from the field and 3 for 3 from the foul line to add 14 points.

Sears, a senior guard who added six rebounds and four assists, hit a pair of 3-pointers in the final six minutes.

Will Johnston led Loyola Marymount with 23 points, including the game-winning layup with one second remaining, and the Lions took down Prairie View A&M 76-75 on Saturday night. Johnston shot 6 for 10 (4 for 7 from 3-point range) and 7 of 7 from the free-throw line for the Lions (5-4). Caleb Stone-Carrawell shot 6 of 12 from the field, including 1 for 4 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 5 from the foul line to add 17 points.

No. 18 UConn fended off a series of rallies by No. 8 Gonzaga to earn a 77-71 win in Madison Square Garden.

The Flyers outscored Marquette by 18 in the second half, shooting 55.6 percent from the field.

Trevin Knell scored 15 to lead BYU to a wire-to-wire 68-49 victory over Wyoming on Saturday night at the Delta Center. Knell made 6 of 7 shots with three 3-pointers for the Cougars (8-2). Reserves Mawot Mag and Dawson Baker added 11 points apiece as the BYU substitutes outscored their counterparts 37-14.

Liam McNeeley scored 26 points for No. 18 UConn, which fended off a series of rallies by No. 8 Gonzaga to earn a 77-71 win in a Hall of Fame Series matchup at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night.
