Nolan Winter posted a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds and Wisconsin rolled to a 76-53 win over Detroit Mercy to close out its nonconference schedule on Sunday. The Badgers (10-3) will be idle over the holidays before returning to the Big Ten Conference schedule when Iowa visits Madison January 3. Steven Crowl scored at the basket at the five-minute mark of the first half to give Wisconsin the lead for good, 8-6.

Jack Daugherty helped lead Illinois State over Cornell with 16 points off of the bench in an 80-77 victory on Sunday. Daugherty went 5 of 8 from the field (4 for 7 from 3-point range) for the Redbirds (8-4). Chase Walker scored 14 points while shooting 4 of 7 from the field and 6 for 8 from the line and added seven rebounds.

Noah Reynolds scored 13 of his 15 points at the free-throw line and TCU cruised to an 82-48 victory over Montana State on Sunday. Reynolds made only 1 of 5 shots from the floor, but he missed just once at the foul line for the Horned Frogs (7-4), who improved to 7-0 at home. Trazarien White made three 3-pointers and scored 13 for TCU.

Kasparas Jakucionis scored 21 points, including the go-ahead basket with 28 seconds left and Illinois defeated Missouri 80-77 on Sunday in the annual Braggin' Rights game between the nonconference rivals. Illinois held the lead for nearly 30 minutes of game time, but a late rally by Missouri took the game down to the wire. Jakucionis hit a straight-on 3-pointer for a 75-72 Illinois lead with 2 minutes remaining, but Missouri's Tamar Bates hit a wide-open 3 in transition to tie it at 75 with 1:14 to go.

Javon Small scored 19, Toby Okani added a double-double and West Virginia breezed to a 67-46 victory over Mercyhurst on Sunday. Small made 6 of 14 shots with a 3-pointer and 6 of 7 free throws for the Mountaineers (9-2), who upped their win streak to five while improving to 7-0 at home. Okani finished with 13 points and 12 rebounds for his first double-double this season.

Jeremiah Fears had 19 points and Jalon Moore added 17 for the Sooners (12-0), who remained one of four unbeaten teams. Oklahoma made 33 of 68 shots (48%) from the field, scored 40 points in the paint, and converted 12 Central Arkansas turnovers into 24 points. Layne Taylor scored 16 points, Elias Cato had 13 and Ben Fox added 12 for Central Arkansas (3-9), which made only 24 of 64 shots (38%).
