Tom Beattie scored 16 points while going 6 of 9 from the floor, including 1 for 3 from 3-point range, and 3 for 4 from the free-throw line.

Deja Kelly scored 13 of her 20 points in the second half, Elisa Mevius made a layup with 22 seconds left and Oregon blew a 16-point fourth-quarter lead before the Ducks beat No. 12 Baylor 74-72 Sunday night to snap a 14-game losing streak against ranked opponents. Oregon (3-0), which is 1-5 all-time against the Bears, went 0-13 last season against Top-25 opponents and beat a Top-25 team for the first time since a 73-59 win over then-No. 14 Arizona on Feb. 23, 2023. Sarah Andrews and Yaya Felder converted back-to-back three-point plays to spark a 17-2 run that cut Baylor’s deficit to 68-67 with 5:39 to play.

Cam Carter and Jordan Sears each scored 18 second-half points Sunday and LSU used a 34-11 second-half run to erase a double-double deficit and beat Alabama State 74-61. Carter, a Kansas State transfer, made 4 of 5 from 3-point range and finished with 21 points. Sears, who was scoreless on 0-for-4 shooting in the first half, made 9 of 11 from the free-throw line and finished with five assists and two steals.

Ryan Kalkbrenner scored 24 points, Steven Ashworth added 15 points on five 3-pointers and No. 15 Creighton rolled past Fairleigh Dickinson 96-70 Sunday evening. The victory gave coach Greg McDermott win No. 327 in 15 seasons at Creighton, tying Dana Altman for the program's most coaching wins. Kalkbrenner was coming off a 49-point game against UT-Rio Grande Valley on Wednesday, the second-highest single-game total in program history.

Braden Huff scored 21 points off the bench and Ryan Nembhard tallied 13 points and 11 assists as No. 6 Gonzaga hung on for an 88-80 victory over Arizona State on Sunday. Huff went 9-for-13 from the field and missed only two 2-point attempts for the Bulldogs (2-0), who won their 21st straight home opener. Khalif Battle scored all 19 of his points in the second half, including a trio of 3-pointers and an alley-oop dunk.

Obi Agbim's 24 points helped Wyoming defeat Tennessee State 81-66 on Sunday night. Agbim went 10 of 13 from the field (4 for 4 from 3-point range) for the Cowboys (2-0). Jordan Nesbitt added 15 points while shooting 6 for 12 (1 for 5 from 3-point range) and 2 of 5 from the free-throw line while he also had seven rebounds.

Gibson Jimerson had 28 points in Saint Louis' 95-44 victory against Avila on Sunday night. Jimerson shot 9 of 17 from the field, including 6 for 11 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 4 from the line for the Billikens (1-1). Kellen Thames scored 16 points while going 7 of 11 from the field and added eight rebounds and four steals.

Mount St. Mary's graduate transfer Dakota Leffew came off the Georgia bench to hit 5 of 10 from beyond the arc and score 23 points as the Bulldogs rolled to a 92-64 win over Texas Southern in the Peach Tree Classic on Sunday. The only Georgia shooter to convert from beyond the arc in the season-opening win over Tennessee Tech, Leffew led the way as the team hit 12 of 34 from distance. Silas Demary Jr. led four starters in double-figure scoring with 17 points with six rebounds and six assists for Georgia (2-0).

Bent Leuchten had 18 points in UC Irvine's 80-60 win against Northern Iowa on Sunday. Leuchten added eight rebounds for the Anteaters (3-0). Justin Hohn added 13 points while finishing 6 of 10 from the floor while he also had five rebounds.

Yaxel Lendeborg's 22 points helped UAB defeat SE Louisiana 82-72 on Sunday. Lendeborg also had eight rebounds and five assists for the Blazers (2-1). Christian Coleman scored 11 points while going 4 of 10 and 3 of 4 from the free-throw line and added 12 rebounds.

Mitch Mascari scored 26 points as Drake beat Stephen F. Austin 66-51 on Sunday. Mascari finished 8 of 13 from 3-point range for the Bulldogs (2-0). Cam Manyawu added 13 points while going 5 of 7 and 3 of 9 from the free-throw line and also had five rebounds.

Zaay Green scored 24 points to lead five in double figures and No. 24 Alabama rolled past Troy 94-71 on Sunday. The Crimson Tide (3-0) scored 25 points in each of the first two quarters and led 50-33 at halftime.

Valentino Pinedo hit the second of two free throws with a second left to lift St. Francis (PA) to a 65-64 win over Campbell on Sunday. Aaron Talbert scored 18 points, hitting 5 of 10 from the field, including 4 for 6 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 5 from the line for the Red Flash (1-2). Pinedo scored 15 points and added five rebounds.

The Cowboys converted 20 of 28 from the free-throw line while the Tommies knocked down 15 of 36 from behind the arc. Robert Jennings II hit two free throws with 1:02 left to put Oklahoma State up by 13, 77-63, but the Tommies answered with a 3-pointer by Drake Dobbs to get within 10. Kendall Blue's 3 with 28 seconds left got them within single digits, 79-71.
