Arkansas picks up 65-49 win over Troy

The No. 18 Arkansas Razorbacks (2-1) earned their second win of the John Calipari era Wednesday evening with a 65-49 victory over the Troy Trojans (2-1) at Bud Walton Arena. It wasn't an offensive domination from either team by any means, but the Razorbacks found a way to win with 16 steals and 24 turnovers forced. Kentucky transfer Zvonimir "Big Z" Ivisic gave the Razorbacks life on offense in the second half and he finished the game with 19 points, 18 of which came on six made 3-pointers.

Williams scores 21 as Northeastern defeats Harvard 78-56

Ryan Williams scored 21 points off of the bench to help lead Northeastern past Harvard 78-56 on Wednesday night. Williams went 8 of 12 from the field (5 for 7 from 3-point range) for the Huskies (2-1). Alexander Nwagha scored 14 points while going 6 of 7 and 2 of 3 from the free-throw line.

Jayden Taylor scores 22 and NC State tops Coastal Carolina 82-70

Jayden Taylor scored 22 points and NC State defeated Coastal Carolina 82-70 on Wednesday night. After leading by two at halftime, the Wolfpack scored the first 10 points of the second half, building a 45-33 lead. A layup by Noah Amenhauser had the Chanticleers within 62-51 midway through the half but NC State led by at least 10 points for the remainder of the game.

St. Bonaventure defeats FGCU 74-65

Chance Moore had 18 points in St. Bonaventure's 74-65 victory against FGCU on Wednesday night. Moore added eight rebounds and three steals for the Bonnies (3-0). Noel Brown scored 13 points, going 6 of 9 from the field.

Graves’ 23 lead Charlotte past Richmond 65-48

Nik Graves had 23 points in Charlotte's 65-48 win over Richmond on Wednesday night. Graves also contributed seven rebounds for the 49ers (2-1). Kylan Blackmon shot 3 for 7 (1 for 4 from 3-point range) and 5 of 6 from the free-throw line to add 12 points.

Gudmundsson scores 14 as Campbell defeats Newberry 83-40

Bragi Gudmundsson's 14 points off of the bench led Campbell to an 83-40 victory against Newberry on Wednesday night. Gudmundsson shot 5 of 5 from the field and 3 for 3 from the line for the Fighting Camels (2-2). Eric Van Der Heijden scored 10 points, shooting 3 for 6, including 2 for 3 from beyond the arc.

No. 22 St. John’s beats Wagner 66-45 for 1st win as a ranked team in nearly 10 years

Deivon Smith drained a 3-pointer midway through the second half to start an 18-0 spurt that propelled No. 22 St. John's past Wagner 66-45 on Wednesday night for its first victory as a ranked team in almost 10 years. RJ Luis Jr. had 13 points, Aaron Scott scored 11 and the 6-foot Smith grabbed a team-high eight rebounds as St. John's (3-0) pulled away down the stretch following a sloppy performance over the first 30 minutes. In their second season under Hall of Fame coach Rick Pitino, the Red Storm jumped into the AP Top 25 poll this week for the first time since January 2019 and won their first game as a ranked team since topping Tulane on Dec. 28, 2014.

Alex Karaban scored 11 of his 17 points in the first half and No. 3 UConn routed Le Moyne 90-49 on Wednesday night. Liam McNeeley added 15 points for two-time defending national champion UConn (3-0). Tarris Reed Jr. added 12 points and 10 rebounds, and Hassan Diarra had 10 points and six assists.
