Cal transfer Jalen Celestine had 20 points and four 3-pointers off the bench to lead six Baylor players scoring in double figures as the 12th-ranked Bears cruised past Tarleton 104-41 on Sunday night. The Bears (3-1) got 17 points from VJ Edgecombe while Duke transfer Jeremy Roach had 14 points and freshman Robert Wright had 12 points and nine assists.

AJ Lesburt Jr. scored 22 points as Brown beat Sacred Heart 89-70 on Sunday night at the College Hill Classic. Lesburt added five rebounds for the Bears (2-3). Kino Lilly Jr. scored 20 points while going 6 of 14 from the floor, including 4 for 10 from 3-point range, and 4 for 4 from the foul line and added six assists.

Basheer Jihad scored 12 of his 20 points in the second half, Joson Sanon added 19 points and nine rebounds and Arizona State pulled away late to beat St. Thomas (MN) 81-66 Sunday night. Freshman Jayden Quaintance, a five-star recruit, had 13 points and 13 rebounds, four assists and three blocks for Arizona State (4-1) and Amier Ali scored 10 points. Miles Barnstable scored 12 points and Kendall Blue added 11 for St. Thomas (3-2).

Lamar Wilkerson scored 28 points and Sam Houston beat Lamar 85-72 on Sunday night. Wilkerson shot 9 of 16 from the field, including 6 for 10 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 4 from the line for the Bearkats (2-2). Kalifa Sakho scored 22 points while going 9 of 12 and 4 of 5 from the free-throw line and added six rebounds.

Jack Daugherty scored 28 points off of the bench and Illinois State breezed to a 107-52 victory over Trinity Christian (IL) on Sunday night. Daugherty went 10 of 17 from the field (8 for 15 from 3-point range) for the Redbirds (3-1). Dalton Banks scored 14 points and added five rebounds and five assists.

Nicholas Shogbonyo scored 15 points to help Denver hold off Montana State 79-78 on Sunday night. Shogbonyo made two free throws with nine seconds left to give Denver a three-point lead. Montana State's final points came on a tip-in at the buzzer by Sam Lecholat.

Cole Anderson scored 18 points to lead UC Santa Barbara to a 64-59 victory over San Jose State on Sunday. Anderson shot 6 for 9, including 6 for 8 from beyond the arc for the Gauchos (4-0). Stephan D. Swenson scored 15 points while shooting 6 for 11, including 3 for 5 from beyond the arc.
