Kobe Magee had 17 points in Drexel's 77-70 victory over Albany on Saturday night. Magee added five rebounds for the Dragons (7-4). Jason Drake scored 14 points while going 5 of 6 and 4 of 4 from the free-throw line.

Gainey scored on a driving layup as time expired and finished with a career-high 23 points.

Owen Aquino had 28 points and 10 rebounds to lead Liberty over North Carolina A&T 83-74 on Saturday night for the Flames' seventh victory in a row. Zach Cleveland added 12 points, five rebounds and seven assists for the Flames (10-1). Jay Maughmer had 12 points.

Hunter Erickson hit 4 of 6 from 3-point range and finished with 18 points, Gabe Madsen added 15 points and seven assists as Utah beat Radford 81-63 Saturday night. Lawson Lovering scored 12 for Utah (7-2). Truth Harris hit a 3-pointer to give Radford a 3-2 lead with 18:11 left in the first half but Lovering answered with a layup 36 seconds later and the Runnin' Utes led the rest of the way.

Kentucky shot 58%, including 70% before halftime, but needed every basket to stay clear of the Cardinals.

Asa Newell scored 17 points, including a three-point play with 17 seconds left, to help Georgia beat Grand Canyon 73-68 on Saturday night at Holiday Hoopsgiving. Tyrin Lawrence and Blue Cain scored 10 points. Collin Moore hit a 3-pointer, Ray Harrison added two free throws and then stole the ball from Cain and fed Jakobe Coles for a layup that made it 66-63 with 1:32 remaining.

RJ Melendez had a season-high 18 points and Josh Hubbard added 16 to lead No. 25 Mississippi State to a 66-63 win over McNeese State in a neutral-site game on Saturday. Melendez made two free throws with nine seconds remaining in regulation to give Mississippi State (9-1) a 66-61 lead that it held on to. Joe Charles led McNeese State (5-5) with 19 points while Sincere Parker finished with 16.

Ayoka Lee scored 16 and blocked four shots and No. 13 Kansas State dominated the second half in a 74-48 victory over Middle Tennessee on Saturday night in the second-annual Bill Snyder Classic. Lee made 4 of 5 shots from the floor and 8 of 12 free throws to help the Wildcats (11-1) run their win streak to six. Jaelyn Glenn scored 15 on 5-for-9 shooting from 3-point range with three steals for Kansas State.

Matt Cross scored 16 points and tied a career-high with 16 rebounds and SMU used a strong second half to win its fifth straight game, beating LSU 74-64 on Saturday in the Compete 4 Cause Classic at the Comerica Center. It was Cross' third double-double of the season. B.J. Edwards and Samet Yigitoglu each scored 12 and reserve Chuck Harris scored 11 for the Mustangs (9-2).

Isaiah Watts' 20 points helped Washington State defeat Missouri State 91-78 on Saturday night. Watts had seven rebounds for the Cougars (9-2). Dane Erikstrup scored 20 points, going 6 of 7 from the floor, including 2 for 3 from 3-point range, and 6 for 8 from the free-throw line.

Jordan Gainey pushed Tennessee to a 66-64 win over Illinois on Saturday night.

A skirmish broke out in the second half of Kentucky's 93-85 win over Louisville.

Ali Abdou Dibba's 18 points helped Southern Illinois defeat Austin Peay 65-60 on Saturday night. Dibba added five rebounds for the Salukis (5-6). Jarrett Hensley shot 4 of 12 from the field, including 1 for 4 from 3-point range, and went 4 for 4 from the line to add 13 points.

Jamir Watkins hit a career-high 19 free throws on 23 attempts and finished with 29 points as Florida State snapped a two-game losing streak by holding off Tulane, 77-64 in Saturday's nightcap of the Orange Bowl Basketball Classic doubleheader in Sunrise, Florida. Kaleb Banks and Rowan Brumbaugh opened the game by hitting back-to-back 3-pointers to give Tulane a 6-0 lead but the Seminoles answered with a 21-2 run to take control and lead 37-22 at the break.
