Duke guard Tyrese Proctor is entering the NBA draft and skipping his senior season. The team announced Proctor's move in a social-media post Friday night. The 6-foot-6, 183-pound junior from Australia was a three-year starter and one of Jon Scheyer’s first incoming recruits when he took over for retired Hall of Famer Mike Krzyzewski.

Arkansas basketball fans got a clearer picture of what next year's roster will look like Thursday evening, as head coach John Calipari announced the return of three key players from last year's team. A video posted to Calipari's X account detailed the roster the Hogs have so far. Point guard D.J. Wagner, forward Trevon Brazile and wing Billy Richmond III all said they will be in a Razorback jersey for the 2025-26 season.

The West Virginia Mountaineers basketball program has landed another commitment out of the transfer portal from St. Bonaventure forward Chance Moore.Moore, 6-foot-6, 210-pounds, entered the transfer portal March 19 and took an official visit to Morgantown April 17 which led to his commitment to the Big 12 Conference program which he announced on Instagram.

Auburn senior guard Chad Baker-Mazara intends to play elsewhere next season after starting 34 games during the Tigers’ run to the Final Four this past season. Baker-Mazara, who turned 25 in January, announced Thursday that he's entering the transfer portal. Baker-Mazara played at Auburn the last two seasons after spending one season at Northwest Florida State.

Charlie Ward, 54, graduated from Florida State in 1994 and went on to have an 11-year NBA career, which included nine-plus seasons with the Knicks as well as stints with the Spurs and Rockets.

Things were not easy for Caleb Foster in his sophomore season at Duke. “Growing up, it’s always been a dream of mine, chasing championships here at Duke,” Foster said on the latest episode of The Brotherhood Podcast, released Thursday morning. Foster started Duke’s first seven games of this past season and saw his role fluctuate and change over the course of the season.

The 6-foot-4 Toronto native was considered one of the top guards in the transfer portal after averaging 16.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and 5.5 assists a game this season for the Tigers.

Duke’s Kon Knueppel is heading to the NBA after one college season. The 6-foot-7, 217-pound wing announced his decision Wednesday after a season that included him being named MVP of the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament while helping the Blue Devils reach the Final Four. Knueppel averaged 14.4 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists as the team’s No. 2 scorer behind Associated Press national player of the year Cooper Flagg.

Knueppel averaged 14.4 points per game in his only season with the Blue Devils.
