Michigan announced a multiyear contract extension for Dusty May a couple hours before No. 14 Michigan State beat the 12th-ranked Wolverines 75-62 on Friday night. May was Michigan's first basketball coach in school history to win his first 13 home games, then lost the 14th game at Crisler Arena and first place in the Big Ten to the rival Spartans. The Bob Knight protege made it clear he is happy with the 12th-ranked Wolverines and had no interest in being the next coach at Indiana.
