Chattanooga defeats Citadel 76-75

Bash Wieland's 17 points helped Chattanooga defeat Citadel 76-75 on Saturday. Wieland finished 8 of 11 from the field for the Mocs (21-8, 13-3 Southern Conference). Trey Bonham shot 5 for 13, including 4 for 10 from beyond the arc to add 15 points.

Fears scores 27 as Oklahoma knocks off No. 21 Mississippi State 93-87 to snap a 5-game skid

Jalon Moore scored 15 of his 18 points in the second half and Sam Godwin had 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Sooners (17-10, 4-10 Southeastern Conference). Josh Hubbard scored 19 points and KeShawn Murphy added 16 for Mississippi State (19-8, 7-7), which was coming off wins against ranked opponents Mississippi and Texas A&M. Mississippi State led 37-34 at halftime, despite 15 points from Fears. Moore made a 3-pointer, then dunked on a fast break to put the Sooners up 44-41 early in the second half.

Jizzle James scores 18 points, Cincinnati leads all the way in 75-63 win over TCU

Jizzle James scored 18 points, Dillon Mitchell had 12 points and 13 rebounds and Cincinnati led from the start in taking a 75-63 win over TCU on Saturday. James shot 7 of 16 and Mitchell collected his fourth double-double this season to end a two-game losing streak for the Bearcats (16-11, 6-10 Big 12) while snapping a three-game Horned Frogs (15-12, 8-8) winning streak. Day Day Thomas and Josh Reed added 13 points each for the Bearkats, who were 15 of 17 at the line to 3 of 4 for TCU.

All-hands-on-deck effort needed for Hogs to upset Missouri

The Arkansas Razorbacks (15-11, 4-9 SEC) hold their postseason fate in their hands, but they need to turn it on to close out the year with just five games left in the regular season. Big-time victories have eluded the Hogs in recent weeks, as they've lost games to No. 4 Alabama, No. 8 Texas A&M and No. 1 Auburn by eight points or less. In Arkansas' most recent loss to Auburn, the Hogs had a 58-57 lead with 3:06 left in the game, but they couldn't close it out and lost 67-60.
